What you need to know on cancer and oxygen!

To prevent cancer it is therefore proposed first to keep the speed of the blood stream so high that the venous blood still contains sufficient oxygen, to keep high the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood.

Cancer cells thrive in a low oxygen environment.  This low oxygen environment is brought about by dysfunction of small arteries (called capillaries) in and around the cancer tissue.  To combat and prevent the spread of cancer cells adequate oxygen supply to the cancer tissue must be ensured, deranged capillaries notwithstanding.  Under such hostile conditions, adequate oxygenation of the cancer tissue is attainable only through Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Otto Warburg, German physiologist receiving Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931 for his discovery that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency, and proving that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen.
